A Note on Scholarly Differences (Ikhtilaf)
In matters of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) where legitimate classical scholarly differences exist, variations in opinion are not considered "factual errors." However, if a Hadith reference, Quranic attribution, or historical source is cited incorrectly, we treat it as a high-priority correction.
